The Story of Selikan

Selikan is an online CRM that offers lots of modules for customers to choose and use them. I worked on business development, backend and fronted part of it as a founder.
As a startup founder, I conceptualized and launched a digital business platform that helped small and online businesses generate leads and grow their customer base. Here's an overview of the project:

- Problem Statement: Many small and online businesses struggle with generating leads and reaching new customers, particularly through social media channels. There was a need for a digital business platform that could provide businesses with the tools and services they need to increase their online visibility, attract new leads, and convert them into paying customers.
- Market Analysis: We conducted extensive market research and found that existing lead generation solutions were either too expensive, too complex, or too focused on large enterprises. We identified an opportunity to create a more affordable, user-friendly, and tailored solution that could appeal to small and online businesses, as well as businesses that rely on social media for lead generation.
- Product Overview: Our digital business platform included modules for social media management, email marketing, landing pages, lead tracking, and analytics. We also developed a marketplace where businesses could access third-party services, such as content creation, graphic design, and search engine optimization. Our platform was designed to be integrated, customizable, and scalable, allowing businesses to choose the modules and services that best fit their needs.
- Development Process: We used an agile development methodology, working closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product. We used modern software technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, to create a powerful, reliable, and innovative platform. We also faced challenges in onboarding businesses and demonstrating the value of our platform, but we overcame these by providing excellent customer support, offering free trials, and partnering with industry associations and influencers.
- Results and Impact: Our digital business platform was well-received by businesses, with adoption rates exceeding our expectations. We saw measurable improvements in businesses' online presence, lead generation, and conversion rates, as well as increased revenue and customer loyalty. Our platform also helped businesses save time and money by automating repetitive tasks and providing actionable insights. Overall, our platform helped businesses become more competitive and successful, while also contributing to the digital transformation of the economy.

This project created to use locally in Iran, so the language of it is persian. 

By founding this digital business platform, I demonstrated my entrepreneurial skills, marketing expertise, and innovation mindset.
